Please register on the website and create your profile. Your profile is an introduction to potential partners, explaining the products and services you offer and describing what you are looking for in future cooperation and partnerships.

Your Profile

After completing the profile, it will be visible to the other participants registered for the B2B meetings. If you want to edit your profile, you can do it at any time using the email address and password you used when registering.

Your Cooperation Profile

Under Cooperation Profile, you can describe what type of cooperation you are looking for. Shortly describe to potential partners your offer(s) and request(s). 

Scheduling a meeting

After receiving an email informing you that matchmaking is open, you can proceed to the next step: plan your B2B meetings. In a few minutes, you can enter your search criteria according to your business and technology needs or offer and identify potential partners. Your meeting requests will be sent automatically to potential partners, in order to arrange an appointment based on your mutual interests. Be prepared to also receive meeting invitations from potential partners interested in your profile. You can accept or reject them. When you confirm a request or your indicated partner approves your request, the appointment is arranged if time slots for both of you are available. Please, do not hesitate too long, as your targeted meeting partner might be booked out soon. You can schedule a maximum of 7 meetings.

One day before the conference, you will receive your personal meetings schedule. At any time, you can also download your preliminary agenda.

Mobile App

The mobile app helps you to stay informed wherever you are. Among others, it will show you new requests. Install the mobile app via the App Store and log in with your email address and password.
